Katherine May

Katherine May serves as the Senior Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain at MOTIS Brands, having joined the company in 2024. Previously, Katherine held leadership positions such as Director of Materials at Alto-Shaam, Inc. and S3 AeroDefense, LLC, as well as Senior Manager of Inventory and Distribution at REV Group, Inc. With extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and logistics spanning more than a decade, Katherine’s career includes pivotal roles at John Crane and Joy Global, where responsibilities involved overseeing production, inventory control, and logistics functions. Additionally, Katherine’s military background includes service as a Senior Logistics Officer in the Army National Guard and various leadership positions in the US Army. Katherine holds a Master's degree in International Management from IAE Business School, an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Illinois State University.
