Rich Spratt

Rich Spratt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich began their career in 1998 at Sears Home Services, where they held various roles in sales, training, project management, and marketing until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as the General Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co., overseeing Sears.com and Sears Home Services.

In 2009, Spratt joined Sears Holdings Corporation as the National Director of Call Center Operations, a position they held until 2012. Rich was then promoted to Division President of PartsDirect.com, taking on the responsibility of developing and executing the strategy for Sears Holding's Repair and Replacement Parts Business.

In 2015, Spratt transitioned to Eckler Industries, Inc., where they served as the CEO until 2018. During their tenure, Eckler Industries became the leading direct-to-consumer marketer of classic car parts and accessories.

In 2018, Spratt joined MOTIS Brands as the President and CEO. Rich led the company in designing, developing, and distributing a collection of industry-leading brands, including Race Ramps, Silver Spring Mobility, and Heavy Duty Ramps.

In addition to their corporate roles, Spratt has been a member of YPO since 2020.

Rich Spratt has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Rich also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of North Florida. No specific field of study was provided for their Bachelor's degree.
