Kevin Burger

Kevin Burger has a diverse work experience. Kevin'smost recent role was as an Innovation Consultant at Motius, a Research and Development (R&D) Company specializing in new technologies. Kevin also served as a Project Manager & Product Owner for Innovation Design, where they explored innovation opportunities by considering market opportunities, user needs, and technology. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Think Tank Manager and a Think Tank Intern at Motius, where they developed innovative products and solved technical problems for clients. Kevin also completed a Master Thesis at Fraunhofer IGCV and worked as a Student Assistant at ZSK Zentrum für Schlüsselkompetenzen - Technische Universität München. Additionally, Kevin gained experience as a Student Research Assistant at LPL - Laboratory for Product Development and Lightweight Design and as a Production Assistant Intern at RENK Systems Corporation.

Kevin Burger completed their education in a chronological manner. Kevin attended Jakob-Fugger-Gymnasium Augsburg from 2002 to 2011, where they obtained their Abitur degree in Natural Sciences. Following that, from 2011 to 2017, Kevin studied at the Technical University of Munich, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. During their undergraduate studies, they also had a brief study abroad experience at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2013, focusing on Energy- and Process Engineering.

Kevin then pursued a Master of Science at the Technical University of Munich from 2017 to 2020 in Mechanical Engineering and Management.

Aside from their formal education, Kevin obtained the Diplôme Approfondi de la Langue Française (C1) certification in May 2011. Kevin also completed two certifications in Design Thinking, Foundations of Design Thinking: Insights from Innovation and Foundations of Design Thinking: From Ideas to Action, both obtained in 2020 from IDEO U. In the future, Kevin plans to obtain the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2023.
