Scot Forsyth is an accomplished technology leader with significant experience in software development and IT management. Currently serving as Head Of IT & Development at Motiv since July 2019, Scot has previously contributed as a Senior Software Developer at HD Decisions, where responsibilities included architecting and implementing MVC, WCF, and RESTful API projects and leading Agile development teams. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at MidlandHR, focusing on flagship product development in C#, and as a Software Developer at Union Square Software, specializing in mobile OS applications using Xamarin and Mono. Scot holds a degree in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University.
