As the Founder of Motiv since August 2018, Stuart has leveraged significant expertise gained during tenure at HD Decisions from July 2012 to July 2018, where roles included Head of Loans, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Earlier experience as an Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group from July 2010 to September 2011 further solidified analytical skills in the financial industry. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Bath, completed in 2012.
