Lenneart Scheenstra has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the technology and cybersecurity industry. Lenneart is currently the Head of Customer Operations at Atos Digital Security NL (formerly Motiv), a leading cybersecurity specialist that provides IT security solutions and services to public and private sector organizations. In this role, Lenneart is responsible for understanding business challenges and integrating security solutions into the IT landscape to ensure optimal security for business processes and applications.

Prior to this, Lenneart served as the Head of Operations (HoO) at Atos Northern Europe, where they oversaw a large team of over 2000 employees and managed multiple divisions and regions. Lenneart had accountability for diverse areas such as workplace, cloud, SAP, server management, network, datacenter, service management, automation, tooling, lean practices, asset, and license management, as well as security, risk, audit, and compliance.

Lenneart also held the position of Large Account Global Delivery Executive, overseeing client delivery and P&L ownership for key accounts in the Financial Services & Insurance sector and the Telco sector. In addition, they have served in various strategic and managerial roles, including Director of Strategic Initiatives - Global Service Management, Director of Service Integration for a global account, Director of Service Management Center in the Benelux & Scandinavia region, and Unit Manager for Operational Excellence.

Lenneart'searlier roles include Manager of Operational Process Control, where they were responsible for process architecture, documentation, improvement, training, and performance reporting. Lenneart has also served as a Business Manager for BPM Process Management.

Throughout their career, Lenneart has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of technology and cybersecurity, and a track record of driving account performance and recovery. Lenneart has a deep understanding of business challenges and the importance of security within the IT landscape.

Lenneart Scheenstra's education history includes several notable programs and degrees. In 1990, they attended NHL Hogeschool and studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, earning a degree. In 2002, they completed the ITIL Service Management program at Pink Roccade. In 2003, they participated in the Senior Management Program at OCTA. In 2007, they completed the Advanced Leadership Program - Dimensions of Leadership and was recognized as a "Winner". Finally, in 2013, they attended HEC Paris where they completed the Atos GOLD Executive Program in Organizational Leadership.
