Henry Padron

Henry Padron has extensive work experience in the petroleum industry. Henry currently holds the position of Vice President of Portfolio Optimization and Supply at Motiva Enterprises LLC since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Buckeye Partners as a Director of Business Development for Crude, LPG, and Petroleum Products from January 2021 to March 2022, and as a Director of Commercial Development for Clean Petroleum Products from May 2018 to January 2021. Before joining Buckeye Partners, Henry worked at CITGO Petroleum in various roles including General Manager Crude Supply/International Marketing, Lead Crude Oil and Intermediate Feedstock Trader, Senior Products Trader, Manager of Credit Management, Market Business Analyst/Derivative Trader, Supply Chain Coordinator/Analyst, Process Design Engineer, Refinery Economic Analyst, and Process and Operations Engineer from 2000 to 2018.

Henry Padron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Houston-Victoria, obtained from 2007 to 2009. Henry also has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering Management from McNeese State University, completed from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Henry Padron obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering from IFP School during the academic year 1998-1999. Henry'sBachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering was earned from Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. Henry also has completed various certification courses including "SQL Certificate" from Udemy in 2020 and "11 Inactions that Ruin a Leader's Reputation," "How to Win Arguments," and "Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems" from LinkedIn, to be obtained in 2023.
