Mitchell Franko

Mitchell Franko is an experienced chemical engineer currently serving as the Process Engineering Team Lead at Motiva Enterprises LLC since February 2023, also holding the title of Senior Process Engineer. Prior to this, Mitchell worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Sasol, providing engineering support to various chemical units from January 2022 to February 2023. With a tenure at Bayer from May 2018 to January 2022, responsibilities included overseeing production across three operating units and contributing to environmental operations as a Chemical Production Engineer. Previous experience includes roles at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as a Facility Process Engineer, Stonhard as a Product Engineer, and American Electrical Testing as Shop Help. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Widener University and has a foundational education in the same field from Randolph College.
