At Motiva Enterprises LLC, Russ Barr's roles include Director of Business Performance & Analytics, where they oversee the team responsible for sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management. Russ also served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, where they led a team of over 50 personnel and achieved significant value improvement through contracting and continuous improvement initiatives. Before that, they worked as a Strategy and Business Development Manager, leading the transition phase of a chemical plant acquisition and conducting financial analysis on competitors.

Prior to joining Motiva Enterprises LLC, Russ Barr had experience in supply chain management and contracting roles at other companies. Russ held the position of Manager of Supply Chain Management, where they managed a team responsible for over $600 million in annual spend. Russ also served as a Category Manager for Materials, where they were responsible for a portfolio of over $50 million and played a key role in the separation from Shell.
