Ryan Deal

Ryan Deal is a seasoned professional in strategy and market analysis, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Market Analysis for Motiva Enterprises LLC since March 2023, where the focus is on leading the inorganic growth agenda for a leading downstream operator in the Americas. Prior to this role, Ryan held several positions at Motiva, including Sr. Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Specialty Products Strategy, and has a background with Honeywell and Booz & Company as Lead Associate in the Energy, Chemicals & Utilities sector. Ryan started the career as a Process Engineer at Shell and has also interned in process engineering roles at Schlumberger and CB&I Howe-Baker. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
