Patrick Block has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Patrick'smost recent position was as the Vice President - Operations at Motiva Ventures, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Fleet Operations at AmeriDrive from March 2022 to May 2023, where they oversaw car subscription services. From January 2021 to March 2022, they served as the Strategic Account Manager at HyreCar Inc., managing large fleet partners and scaling accounts. In 2020, they worked as a Lexus Sales Consultant at Lexus Of Nashville, responsible for sales transactions and customer assistance. Patrick has also held positions at Flexdrive, Martin Automotive Group, and Hertz, where they gained experience in performance management, sales training, market management, and branch management. Patrick has demonstrated expertise in operations, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Patrick Block completed their education starting from the year 2008 to 2012, at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Patrick obtained a Bachelor's degree in BSBA- Marketing & Entrepreneurship.
