Artur Henrique E. Carvalho is an accomplished executive in engineering management with extensive experience at CCR S.A. since May 2014, where responsibilities have included overseeing engineering operations related to projects, costs, integration, environment, expropriation, and construction planning. In prior roles, Artur managed CAPEX for road improvement and capacity expansion projects across multiple CCR concessions in Southern Brazil and directed cost engineering efforts for roadways, airports, and mobility projects. Previous experience at Construtora Andrade Gutierrez from June 2002 to May 2014 included leading engineering and construction activities for significant hydroelectric projects and facilitating commercial operations. Artur holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.

Motiva is responsible for administrating 1,571 kilometers of the Nation’s highway system under concession, in the States of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Paraná, with the management handled by the Ponte S.A., NovaDutra, ViaLagos, RodoNorte, AutoBAn and ViaOeste concessionaires, and the most recent, RodoAnel Concessionaire, which is responsible for the administration of the western section of the Mário Covas Beltway.
