Bonnie Kearns

Bonnie Kearns has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Head of Operations at Motivate Venture Capital. Prior to that, they worked at Centana Growth Partners as Investor Relations & Events, where they began in December 2014 and stayed with the company until August 2023. Before that, they were a part of FTV Capital as a member of the Business Development Team/Executive Assistant from February 2011 to October 2013. In 2009, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at PEAK6 Investments LP, and from 2007 to 2009, they served as the Chief of Staff at Madison Appraisal, LLC. Their earlier roles include working at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they held positions as a Catering Coordinator from September 2003 to April 2006, and as an Assistant to the Director of Banquets from April 2006 to June 2007.

Bonnie Kearns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International, Resource & Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Carl Sandburg High School from 1995 to 1999.
