Dick Estes

Dick Estes is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, serving as the Founder and President of Motivation Technologies, LLC since October 2001, where the company focuses on custom training content and LMS solutions for online training and advocacy programs. Prior to this, Dick founded eIncentives in January 1995, developing proprietary technology for online incentives and promotions before selling the company in 2001. Earlier in their career, Dick worked at Maritz as an Account Manager for the West Coast area from January 1986 to January 1995. Dick Estes holds an MBA in Marketing from Saint Louis University and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Southeast Missouri State University.
