Shawn Hesketh

Shawn Hesketh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning strategy, video production, and graphic design. Currently serving as the Vice President of Learning Strategy and Design at Motivations AI, Shawn teaches coaches and business leaders how to utilize the MCode assessment. Prior to this role, Shawn founded 101Videos, LLC, generating over a thousand custom tutorial and promotional videos for prestigious clients, and created the original WordPress 101 video series at WP101®. Shawn's career began with the establishment of LeftLane Designs, providing graphic design and internet consulting services, followed by co-founding Culture Shapers, a significant citywide art contest for high school students, where Shawn directed daily operations and designed marketing materials.
