Meagan Navarro

Meagan Navarro joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Founding Partner of Motive Partners. At Motive, Meagan is responsible for managing all administrative duties as they relate to the Chairman and Founding Partner and brings over 10 years of administrative experience serving senior and C-Suite executives.

Prior to joining Motive, Meagan was Executive Assistant to the Founder, Creative Director and Co-CEO at Ramy Brook, LLC. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director and EVP of Henri Bendel and Executive Assistant to the Store Development and Sourcing, as well as Gifting and Accessories senior executive team at Mast Global, a division of L Brands. Meagan began her career as Office Manager at Weill Cornell Vascular.
