Rabiyyah Woolard

Rabiyyah Woolard joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is an Executive Assistant based out of the New York office. At Motive, Rabiyyah is responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Partners and to the Operations Team.

Prior to joining Motive, Rabiyyah worked at The Intercept (an online publication of First Look Media), supporting the Editor-in-Chief. Rabiyyah has also worked for C-level executives at McDermott Will & Emery, Barclays Capital and Interactive Data Corporation, where she previously supported one of Motive’s Co-founders, Stephen C. Daffron. Rabiyyah began her career at Ambac Financial Group providing support in the Public Finance Department.
