Rachel joined Motive Partners in 2016 and is a Senior Operations Manager on the Human Capital and Operations Team based out of the London office.
Prior to joining Motive, Rachel was an events manager for Hanson Wade, where she led the operations for over 100 global conferences and bespoke events, managing the logistics and overseeing the onsite experience for up to 2000 guests. Previously, Rachel worked for the London 2012 Olympics as a venue operations coordinator at St. James' Park. Throughout this experience, Rachel produced an entertainment programme for forty-thousand guests, co-created a section of the venue security strategy and coordinated functional-area volunteers and staff.
Rachel started her career with the sports marketing firm, OC Sport, where she managed the complex logistics for eight large-scale sailing events across Europe, the Middle-East, Asia and the Americas.
Rachel holds a BA (Hons) degree in Events Management.
