Philip Taylor serves as the President of Motive Retail since January 2019, leading operations, IT, DevOps infrastructure, information security, product management, and compliance efforts to enhance company success through data-driven strategies. Philip also holds leadership roles at Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail (STAR) as the Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of the Board of Directors, advocating for non-proprietary technology standards in the automotive industry. Previously, Philip directed software engineering and IT at Autosoft DMS, overseeing product development and infrastructure management. Early career experiences include internships at Queens University of Charlotte and T-Metrics. Philip earned a degree in Management Information Systems from Queens University of Charlotte.
