Bobby Reddy

Bobby Reddy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bobby is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Motiveminds Consulting since May 2021. Before that, Bobby founded SportsCult in 2014 with a mission to "Make Sports a Culture" in India, where they served as the Founder and CEO until May 2021. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Bobby worked as a Senior Director at MindTree Ltd. from May 2002 to November 2014. Bobby also has experience as a Project Manager at California Software from March 2000 to May 2002 and as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 1997 to January 2000. Bobby's early career includes working as a Shift Incharge of Production at ESSAR STEEL INDIA LTD. from August 1993 to May 1995.

Bobby Reddy completed their B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1989 to 1993. Bobby then pursued a PGDM in Finance and Systems from XIM-Bhubaneswar, from 1995 to 1997.
