Jibin Joseph

Jibin Joseph has a strong work history that spans over two decades. Jibin started their career as a Product Manager at BPL Automation in 1998 and held this role until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as an Associate Consultant SAP at Wipro Limited. Joseph then joined Mindtree in 2006 and worked their way up to becoming a Senior Project Manager, a role they held from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they founded their own company, Motiveminds Consulting, where they currently serve as the Head of Operations. Under their leadership, the company has become a prominent SAP consultancy and has expanded its services globally.

Jibin Joseph obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, spanning from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Materials Management and Supplier Relationship Management from SAP.
