Brian Tomasello is the founder of Motivera Search Group, a national recruiting company established in April 2023 that offers franchise opportunities based on a proven business model. Since June 2003, Brian has served as the principal owner of AVID Technical Resources, a leading technical recruiting firm specializing in information technology placements. From May 1997 to June 2003, Brian excelled as a senior sales manager at TEKsystems, setting numerous sales records and achieving the top salesperson rank in the Northeast. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by a study abroad experience at Liverpool Hope University in England.
