Reese Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, communication, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at MotivHealth since June 2019, Reese has expertise in building relationships with employer and broker partners in the group benefit space. In addition, Reese has operated a consulting business, Cooperative Communication & Consulting, focusing on enhancing communication for businesses. Previous roles include mediation at Utah Dispute Resolution and various positions at the Utah Department of Workforce Services, where skills in project management and procurement were developed. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, all complemented by an Associate degree in English.
