Chra Shiela Brown

Shiela Brown, CHRA, currently serves as an HR and Admin Executive at MotivIT since April 2022, bringing a diverse background in human resources and administration from previous roles at LongPing Tropical Rice Development, Inc., Branded Lifestyle Inc., and the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Shiela has gained extensive experience through internships in clinical and industrial settings, including providing psychological assessments and healthcare support at the National Center for Mental Health and Sunrise Hill Therapeutic Community. Shiela holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating Cum Laude from Wesleyan University - Philippines.
