Jim Pabst

Jim Pabst has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Jim is currently the Chief Executive Officer at MOTIVO - Independence by Design, a design and mobility products company focused on improving the everyday lives of individuals. Prior to this role, Jim served as an Advisory Board Member at Brrrn, a New York-based direct-to-consumer fitness company, where they played a key role in launching the brand in the North American market.

Before their time at Brrrn, Jim was the President & CEO of BlueAvocado / (re)zip Reusable Storage, where they successfully led a business turnaround by developing a new product portfolio and relaunching the brand. Jim also leveraged market insights to drive sales plans and implement effective marketing strategies.
