Carl Bonura

Carl Bonura, CRC, has over 40 years of expertise in employee engagement, recognition, and incentive initiatives, aligning these programs with corporate goals and strategies. Currently serving as Recognition, Reward and Engagement Guide at Recognition-Engagement-Motivation since 1976, and as Gulf South President at Motivo Performance Group since 2010, Carl focuses on creating strategic recognition plans to motivate employees and deliver results. As a Sr. Recognition Consultant and Managing Director at MTM Recognition, and Owner of Recognition Systems, Carl emphasizes the importance of educating managers on effective recognition and motivation to foster a positive work environment. Previously, Carl contributed to numerous recognition and safety programs as a Recognition Consultant at Jostens Recognition Division from 1976 to 2001. Carl holds a BS in Education from Louisiana State University and a Master of Education program in Administration and Reading Specialist from the University of New Orleans.
