Rachel McCrickard is the CEO of Motivo, a position they have held since October 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Development at Georgia HOPE from October 2012 to October 2017. In this role, they led marketing and PR initiatives at one of Georgia’s largest community mental health providers, covering 21 Georgia counties. Rachel also cultivated strong relationships with partner organizations in order to improve and increase access to mental health care. In addition, they oversaw external agency communication, writing press releases, managing social media accounts, and creating regular company correspondence through email marketing platforms.
Before their time at Georgia HOPE, Rachel was the Program Manager at Skid Row Housing Trust from October 2008 to August 2011. In this role, they oversaw the daily operations of the single adult residential program, which included management of staff, budget, and program services. Rachel also created and implemented new programming, designed to meet the needs of the residents.

Rachel McCrickard has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University as well as a Bachelors in Theology from Milligan College. Rachel is also a certified AAMFT Approved Supervisor and is licensed to practice Marriage and Family Therapy in the states of Georgia and Virginia.
