Carly MacLennan

Carly MacLennan has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Math Teacher at Mountain View Whisman School District in 2017. Carly then took on a Student Teacher role at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), in the same year, where they focused on creating a unified classroom among many different cultures and ethnicities. In 2017, they also took on a Volleyball Coach/Clinician role at Mountain View High School, where the team went from a 2-11 record the previous year to a 10-3 record. In 2019, Carly became the CEO/Founder at SocialHire, and also took on a Leadership and Organizational Development role at Mountain America Credit Union. In 2020, they became the Marketing Manager at Motivosity.

Carly MacLennan obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA with an emphasis in Strategic HR from Brigham Young University in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University from 2012 to 2016.
