Damian Barrios Saavedra has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Customer Services Agent for Amazon. In 2012, they became a Sourcing Specialist for L.L.Bean, where they managed international vendors and suppliers, developed metrics, and reviewed legal international trade agreement documentation control. In 2014, they were an Executive Assistant for IBM, where they provided support to the US Human Resources Leader and Directors in technology, and was the coordinator of the Standard Operation Procedures Team. From 2015 to 2019, they worked for Findasense as a CX Innovation Leader and Corporate Administrative Coordinator. In 2019, they became an Operations Lead for Carao Ventures, where they oversaw the compliance of companies in the portfolio and supported startups and entrepreneurs in management matters. Since 2020, they have been an Assistant Program Coordinator for the Salt Lake Community College Institute of Public Safety, where they have implemented improvements to purchasing and supplier management processes, provided customer support and customer experience solutions, and coordinated interdepartmental efforts to improve the program offering. Currently, Damian is a Customer Success Manager and Technology Specialist for Motivosity, a position they have held since 2022.

Damian Barrios Saavedra began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where they earned a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas in the field of Administración y gestión de empresas, general in 2016. In 2020, they began attending Salt Lake Community College, where they are currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
