Erika Miller

Erika Miller has a diverse work experience beginning in 2013 as an Office Assistant at Crane and Seager Orthodontics. In 2016, they took on an Optometric Technician role at Premier Family Eyecare where they were responsible for patient flow and satisfaction, and managed the practice and contact lens profit centers. From 2017 to 2021, Erika held three roles at Bottega, including Financial Specialist, Student Success Manager, and Alumni Services Director. During this time, they grew the ISA payment portfolio by 200+%, developed an Alumni program, and drafted and interpreted financial reporting. Most recently, Erika has been a Content Marketing Manager at Motivosity, where they have grown website blog traffic YOY by 1,100+%, created and managed content marketing initiatives, and cross-functioned with product marketing and competitive positioning.

Erika Miller is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Utah Valley University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2016 to 2017. Erika has also obtained certifications in Google Analytics I from Google in November 2021, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in October 2021, and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in October 2021.
