Celia Pronto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director across various industries. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Direct Wines, Campden BRI, Samworth Brothers, Moto Hospitality, and South East Water UK, Celia holds key positions on several committees including Audit & Risk, Remuneration, and Nomination. In addition to corporate governance roles, Celia is the Founder of SheCapital and The Digital Advisor, focusing on personal development and digital transformation, respectively. Previous leadership experience includes serving as the Managing Director of Love Home Swap and Chief Customer and Digital Officer at Casual Dining Group. Celia's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hull and a program in Sustainable Marketing from the University of Cambridge.
