Joanna Petford

Joanna Petford is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the National Facilities Manager and Maintenance Support Centre Manager at Moto Hospitality since July 2007, Joanna leads the Operations Support Team, oversees customer services, and manages the Maintenance Support Centre, with a strong focus on budget management, facilities support, planned maintenance, and contractor management. Prior to this role, Joanna held various positions at Little Chef, including Maintenance Support Supervisor and Facilities Manager, as well as Risk Manager, and served as Account Executive for the Welcome Break account at Brakes UK from October 1999 to June 2001.
