Ken McMeikan

Ken McMeikan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive at Moto Hospitality since November 2018, Ken previously held positions such as Senior Advisor at TPG Capital and Chief Executive Officer at Brakes Group, where leadership began in March 2013 after transitioning from Greggs, the largest bakery retail business in the UK, where Ken also served as CEO. Additional roles include Retail & Online Director at J Sainsbury Plc and various positions at Tesco, culminating as CEO of the company's Japan operations, alongside early career experience as a Retail Store Manager at SEARS UK Ltd. Ken is an alumnus of Stranraer Academy in Scotland.
