Kristian Smith

Kristian Smith has extensive experience in the construction and development sectors, currently serving as the Head of Pre-Construction at Moto Hospitality since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kristian held the position of Head of Construction (UK) at Welcome Break from May 2020 to September 2022. Kristian's career includes significant roles such as Senior Development Project Manager at Asda from October 2013 to March 2020 and Development Project Manager at Westfield from October 2007 to September 2012. Earlier experience includes working as a Quantity Surveyor at Kier Group from 2004 to October 2007 and at Mowlem Plc from August 2000 to October 2004.
