Emily Tunison has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in hospitality, coaching, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Server/Bartender at moto-i Ramen and Sake House since May 2017, Emily also holds a position as Color Guard Coach/Choreographer at Baldwin/Woodville High School since August 2012, where responsibilities include choreography development and mentorship for a competitive marching band. Previous experience includes Image Management, Photo Retouching, and Graphic Design at Spacecrafting Photography, a Photographer role at Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits, and leadership experience as Assistant Manager at Jeff's Pizza Shop. Emily's career began in customer service and food service, with early positions at UW - Stout Dining Services, Nygren Photography, and Park Theater. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned in 2013.

moto-i ramen and sake house
We are located in the LynLake, Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. moto-i is a full-service restaurant with liquor, beer, wine, and of course, sake! Our sake is brewed on-site and served on draft. The menu is reminiscent of an Izakaya, a Japanese Pub, with small plates and ramen and rice dishes.
