Starting a career at Movie House Cinemas as a Box Office Cashier, Gillian gained valuable customer service skills before working as a Tour Guide for the National Trust. Gillian holds a degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Ulster University, completed in 1999, alongside a foundational education at Magherafelt High School.
