Niki Stoufi

Born in 1964. He is a Mechanical Engineer graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, and the Federal University of Zurich (ETH), specializing in Production Organization. Works in companies of the MOTOR OIL Group (HELLAS) SA since 1990 in positions related to issues of organization and development (business development). Ms. N. Stoufi has been working for the Company since 2010 and is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors since 2012. In addition, Ms. N. Stoufi is a member of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee and the Sustainable Development Committee of the Company.
