Brian Vance

Brian Vance is a seasoned professional in the field of photography and visual assets management with over two decades of experience in the automotive publishing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Photography at Motor Trend Group since April 2011, Vance focuses on logistics for photo features, integration of video production, asset management, and overseeing freelance photographers. Prior to this role, Vance spent nearly a decade at Motor Trend as a Senior Photographer, where responsibilities included logistical planning and execution of photo shoots and automotive evaluations, alongside serving as an Associate Editor and Editorial Assistant. Vance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Visual Imagery from the University of Nevada, Reno, obtained in 2001.
