Michael Irigoyen

Michael Irigoyen is a co-founder of Pictogrammers, a 501(c)(3) open source collective focused on iconography and font design, with responsibilities including web development using React, TypeScript, and Next. As a UX Engineer at MotorTrend Group, Michael collaborates with a team to transition the MotorTrend.com codebase to Next. Previously, as a Senior Member of the Trailhead Community team at Salesforce, Michael developed and tested web components in TypeScript, emphasizing accessibility and responsiveness. Michael also held positions at Accusoft as a Senior Software Engineer II/Scrum Master, and at ICI Homes as a Web Administrator/Web Developer. Additionally, Michael began a career in web development at Illinois State University, progressing from a Student Web Developer to a full-time Web Applications Developer after graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Technology.
