Kite Keitumetse Nkala has extensive experience in the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, serving as Branch Manager since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing operations in Northern Botswana, ensuring quality customer service, and implementing the organization's strategic plan. Prior to this role, Kite held positions as Branch Supervisor and Senior Customer Service Officer, demonstrating expertise in operational management, team development, and policy input. Kite began as a Senior Customer Services Assistant from 1998 to 2007, overseeing administrative functions and customer service staff at the Francistown office.
