Amanda Naeemi

Amanda Naeemi is an accomplished professional currently serving as Partner Operations Manager for Maximo at The AES Corporation since January 2025, and as Member Success Manager at Motor since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading hiring, onboarding, and performance management for a diverse team. Previously, Amanda held various operational roles at Rinse from March 2017 to October 2022, including Corporate Operations Manager and City Operations Manager. Additionally, Amanda contributed to Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity as Section N-1 Chair from April 2019 to October 2022. Amanda is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
