Chase Savage

Chase Savage has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chase started their career in 2009 with the Army National Guard, where they held multiple roles including Joint Operations Center Operator, Public Affairs NCO, and Staff Sergeant. Chase also served as a Unit Career Counselor, Sergeant, and Infantry Soldier during their time in the organization. In 2013, Chase joined Toyota North America as a Production Team Member and later became a Production Team Lead. In 2018, they transitioned to Kenco Group, working as a Business Systems Analyst and then as a Network Continuous Improvement Leader, where they supported the deployment of the Kenco Operating System. Chase joined Shopify in 2021 as a Continuous Improvement Specialist before moving on to their current role as the Director of Distribution & Logistics at MotoRad Ltd.

Chase Savage completed their education at the University of Southern Indiana, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy in 2021. Chase then pursued further education in the field of logistics, materials, and supply chain management, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2024. Additionally, Chase has completed training in Lean Six Sigma, achieving a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma in 2019. Chase has also obtained various certifications related to Six Sigma and Lean methodologies from institutions such as the International Six Sigma Institute™, LinkedIn, and Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™).
