Juliet Stone

Juliet Stone has an extensive work experience in legal roles. Juliet most recently worked as the VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Motorcar Parts of America since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Corporate Counsel at Stamps.com from February 2017 to September 2019. Juliet also held the position of SVP, General Counsel at Hanmi Financial Corporation and Hanmi Bank from November 2013 to January 2017. Before that, they worked as the SVP, General Counsel at Nara Bank from June 2006 to November 2013. Juliet Stone has experience in SEC filings, legal and regulatory aspects of M&A, and leading legal departments. Juliet also has prior experience as a Supervising Attorney at the Asian Pacific American Legal Center and as a General Counsel / Director of Business Affairs at Deep Marketing LLC. Juliet began their legal career as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, focusing on corporate, securities, real estate, and tax matters. Juliet also worked as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in corporate, partnership, and LLC tax law.

Juliet Stone completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics-Business from UCLA, from 1990 to 1993. Juliet then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California between 1994 and 1997.
