John Wadley

John Wadley is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as Interim Executive General Manager of Finance at MotorCycle Holdings Limited since October 2025, Wadley previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at IPH Limited from March 2016 to June 2025, as well as Deputy CFO. Additionally, Wadley was the Group Financial Controller at SAI Global Limited from September 2004 to March 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing group reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance within an ASX200 company. Earlier in his career, Wadley worked as Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from February 1996 to September 2004.
