Artur Schmidlin

Artur Schmidlin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Motorista PX since January 2025, Artur previously held the position of Tech Manager at SoftExpert from February 2019 to January 2025, overseeing squads focused on analytics, architecture, engines, and authentication. Artur's earlier roles include founding and serving as CTO of Twigui, leading the Routing and Monitoring squad at Senior Sistemas, and coordinating technology at SOFtran, where responsibilities included rebuilding the tech team and managing various projects. Artur holds a postgraduate degree in Technological Innovation and a degree in Computer Engineering from UniSociesc Centro Universitário, along with a technical degree in Computer Science. Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks, Artur's technical expertise spans Java, Springboot, NodeJS, ReactJS, and agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
