Martin Hughes

Martin Hughes is the current Chief Technical Officer at MotorK. Martin has held this position since February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Technology and Engineering at mkodo from April 2022 to June 2022. From July 2019 to January 2021, they served as the CTO at Moteefe. From September 2018 to June 2019, they were the Director of Technology at Freesat. And from January 2014 to August 2018, they were the Development Director at Simplifydigital. Martin Hughes began their career as a Software Engineering Manager at BigHand in July 2002, where they worked for over 11 years before moving on to their current role.

Martin Hughes earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. Martin also earned a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster.

Martin Hughes reports to Marco Marlia, CEO. They work with Jean-Pierre Diernaz - Country Manager, France, Pablo Barrios - Country Manager, Spain, and Nir Erlich - Chief Product Officer.
