Alex Castaneda

Alex Castaneda, MBA, currently serves as Corporate Vice President for North America Video Security and Access Control at Motorola Solutions, overseeing a business unit that encompasses cloud and on-premises solutions, software, hardware, and services. Previously, Alex held several leadership positions at both Motorola Solutions and Zebra Technologies, including Vice President of International Enterprise and Channels Business and General Manager for Latin America, demonstrating a strong track record in navigating challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, optimizing business performance, and managing multi-billion dollar revenue streams. Alex's extensive experience in channel management, sales strategy, and business operations is supported by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
