Johan Raffin

Johan Raffin has extensive experience in Information Technology, particularly within Motorola Solutions, since 2013, where roles have included Agile Development & DevOps Strategist, Software Engineering Lead, Lead Solutions Architect, and Principal Systems & Applications Architect. Johan has significantly contributed to the Digital Transformation program, focusing on software delivery, continuous integration and delivery (CICD), site reliability, and security practices. With prior experience at Motorola from 2001 to 2013 in various engineering and architect roles related to Cellular Infrastructure and Public Safety, as well as teaching positions at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Johan possesses a solid educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics & Management and International Relations. Additionally, Johan has worked in risk analysis and has a background as a firefighter/medic.
