Rand Refrigeri

Rand Refrigeri is an accomplished design and user experience leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently, as part of Motorola Solutions in Product & UX, Design & Research, Rand advises on product and UX integrations following the acquisition of Rave Mobile Safety. Teaching at Babson College since 2018, Rand enriches undergraduate and graduate students with practical insights on mobile application development. Previously, as Vice President of Design Strategy at Rave Mobile Safety, Rand significantly contributed to the company's growth and product expansion, leading to its acquisition by Motorola. Experience also includes pivotal roles at CVS Caremark, where Rand launched the CVS Mobile App, and Staples, where Rand developed the Staples Advantage platform. Educational background includes degrees in English, Studio Art, and Linguistics from Providence College, complemented by studies at Harvard Extension School.
