Randall Helm

Randall Helm is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and portfolio strategy, currently serving as Director of North America Portfolio Strategy at Motorola Solutions since 2000. Helm has demonstrated leadership across various roles, including overseeing multimillion-dollar product portfolios and launching innovative solutions such as next-gen two-way portable radios. Prior to Motorola Solutions, Helm held key positions at Glenayre Electronics Inc., where responsibilities included managing RF base station product lines and business development, and Monsanto Company, where marketing strategies were established for EMI shielding products. An educational background includes an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Valparaiso University.
